What does it cost?
This is a free service for families. We do not charge any fees.
When will I hear from someone?
After you first contact us, our goal is to be in contact within 3 business days to discuss your family’s needs.
What services do you offer?
We offer a multidisciplinary service dependant on family needs and goals. The team includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologist, Allied Health Assistant, Family Support, Mental Health, Parenting Programs, Care Coordination, Psychologist. Our team is supported by a specialist Paediatrician and Psychiatrist.
When can I see the Paediatrician?
A Paediatrician may be provided as part of the care team for your family. Depending on your child’s needs, this may include an appointment, or the Paediatrician may support your care team to provide the services your child needs.
Where are services provided?
Services will be provided at venues across the Loddon region. We aim to deliver services close to home. We can also offer some services over the phone if that is what works best for you.
What should I expect in my first appointment?
When attending you first appointment you can expect to be greeted by one of our friendly team members to discuss your child’s needs. We will talk to you about what is concerning you and gather some information from you about your child to help us develop a good understanding of how we might be able to support your child and your family.
