The Loddon Children’s Health and Wellbeing Local is one of three infant, child and family mental health and wellbeing hubs for children aged 0-11 in Victoria.
We take a holistic and balanced approach to infant and children’s emotional wellbeing, behavioural and developmental challenges and mental health with a focus on early intervention and prevention.
We care for children experiencing one or more of the following challenges:
- Developmental
- Emotional
- Relational
- Behavioural
We offer tailored, combined clinical and non-clinical support, incorporating:
- Family services
- Allied health
- Mental health
- Care coordination
We are a free service for children, their families, and carers to access and coordinate local health and wellbeing services. We have a particular focus on supporting families with complex needs and families who do not have access to other service options.
Our support network is far-reaching. If our services aren’t the right ones for your clients, we can connect them to those that will better meet their needs.
We accept referrals for families who live in the Loddon region, which includes:
- City of Greater Bendigo
- Campaspe Shire
- Central Goldfields Shire
- Loddon Shire
- Macedon Ranges Shire
- Mount Alexander Shire
