We support parents and carers with one-off information sessions, both online and in-person, which cover a range of topics, including:

Longer parenting programs
Our longer programs give parents a chance to get to know other families, plus gain a deeper understanding of how to support children’s mental health and development. Programs include:

Art programs for children
We regularly run art programs for children during school holidays. These fun group sessions support children to express their feelings and have fun through art.
The program is designed to nurture children’s emotional wellbeing while providing a fun and social holiday experience.
